Loading Dock is required to deliver order

Upon delivery if there is no commercial loading dock, BUNN will not be able to complete the delivery.

If we have to reattempt the delivery with a liftgate truck, you will be charged for both deliveries at your expense.

What is a loading dock?

A commercial loading dock is a designated area at a warehouse, distribution center, retail store, or other commercial building where trucks and delivery vehicles load and unload goods. It's typically built at a raised platform height matching truck trailer beds (usually 48-52 inches off the ground) to allow forklifts and pallet jacks to move freight directly between the building and the vehicle.
