BUNNserve Virtual Tech Start-Up Session
A highly trained specialist will use our BUNNserve Virtual Tech augmented reality tool to guide customer staff through the important process of bringing equipment back into service prior to the site reopening.
BUNNserve Virtual Tech is a web-based application that allows live audio-visual communication between the technician and customer staff with equipment familiarity.

Program Provisions:
- Value priced, flat-fee program, purchased in 1 hour increments
- One location per session
- Customer staff member must have equipment familiarity
- Session invitations will be sent via text
- Customer to fill out check-list prior to the session in order to have the proper materials for a successful start-up. For example: cleaning agents, water filters, consumables (coffee, tea, juice, powder, milk, etc).
- Service repairs not included - If a service repair dispatch is necessary, BUNN will credit part of the Virtual Tech fee toward an on-site visit. On-site visits are charged for time and materials.
BUNNserve Technician On-Site Start-Up
Technician will be dispatched to ensure equipment is clean, functioning and delivering quality product.

Program Provisions:
- Technician will assess what is needed to render the machine operational
- Water lines will be flushed to eliminate stagnant water
- Water filtration will be flushed, replaced or installed
- When repairs are completed, the tech will top off the tanks as necessary, run machine to exchange all stagnant water that was in the tank and lines
- Tech will clean, calibrate and perform Preventive Maintenance Service
- Tech will leave a note with each unit explaining what was performed - and importantly - what needs to be done for opening day if the machine will be idle for a few days prior to opening
