BUNNserve Service Protection Plan Options

Installation
  • Includes labor, travel and standard installation materials for one site visit to install and calibrate BUNN® Beverage Equipment to customer provided specifications during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday –Friday).
  • Installation of BUNN or customer provided water filtration. Equipment must be installed with appropriate water filtration in line to mitigate lime scale and mineral build-up in equipment whether purchased from BUNN or provided by the customer.
  • Standard plumbing installation materials include beverage tubing and common plumbing fittings required to connect equipment to appropriate, existing, plumbing utilities that meet local building codes and manufacturer’s installation requirements.
  • Water line connections must be within 6 feet of brewer placement and have available tees or valves for connection. Installers cannot cut or “sweat” copper fittings on water lines.
  • Appropriate electrical cord-set to connect brewer to existing electrical outlet. Outlet must be within 4.5 feet of equipment placement.
  • Includes de-installation of 1 machine for each machine installed. Removed machine(s) will be left on site.
Failed Installation Attempts
  • All utilities must be in place upon installer’s arrival. A $129 Failed Installation Attempt Fee will be invoiced for installations that cannot be completed during the first visit due to lack of site readiness.
Preventive Maintenance
  • Includes management, labor, travel, PM Parts.
  • Scheduled and dispatched by BUNNserve.
  • Includes replacement water filter cartridges if specified.
  • Does not include major descaling.
Reactive Service
  • Includes management, labor, travel and replacement parts for warranty and non-warranty service calls for 2 years from the date of equipment installation.
  • Service requests must be directed to the BUNNserve Call Center to qualify for coverage.
  • Technical support and service dispatch available 24/7/365 through the BUNNserve Call Center.
  • On-site service coverage hours are during normal business hours (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday –Friday), excluding Federally observed holidays.
  • Service dispatch is available outside program coverage hours at Time & Material Rates.
  • Response Times – Technicians arrive on site within 24 hours of service requests during normal business hours. Response times may be longer in rural areas or during peak activity periods.
  • Does not include failures resulting from operator error, equipment misuse or abuse.
  • Does not include failures resulting from acts of God including, but not limited to floods, lightning, tornado or other acts of nature.
  • Does not include failures resulting from electrical supply fluctuations.
  • Does not include failures related to lime scale formulation resulting from inadequate water filtration.
  • In no event, shall BUNN be liable for any other damage or loss, including, but not limited to, lost profits, lost sales, loss of use of equipment, claims of Buyer’s customers, cost of capital, cost of down time, cost of substitute equipment, facilities or services, or any other special, incidental or consequential damages.
  • BUNN reserves the right to disqualify locations from service coverage due repeat service visits related to operator error, poor water quality or electrical supply variations. BUNN will notify customers and provide recommendations prior to disqualification.

  • Cloud based service support.
  • Proprietary machine to machine communication.
  • Equipment monitoring by BUNNserve® for error codes and hourly performance provides proactive outbound calls for technical support and service dispatch.
  • Predictive service modeling anticipates potential component failures before failures occur.
Flat Rate Programs are not available for large venues such as airports, stadiums, and arenas; locations that conduct security screenings or have limited or restricted access; remote locations that are accessible only by boat or air travel or for locations that require overnight lodging to complete services.
BUNNserve services are performed by BUNN Authorized Service Providers or BUNN Factory Representatives. Selection of servicer is at sole discretion of BUNNserve.
